Responsibility to the community

We are committed to supporting patients, caregivers, healthcare professionals, our employees, and our communities.

We currently support funding requests that are aligned with our therapeutic areas of focus, including Alzheimer's disease and other dementias. Through such efforts, we aim to improve patient care, encourage disease awareness, and educate healthcare organizations and professionals.

Axovant provides external funding support for:

  • Charitable Contributions and Sponsorships
  • Independent Medical Education Grants

If your organization is interested in applying for one of the above, please review our guidelines for each below. Please note, each year Axovant receives more requests than can be funded and we regret that we cannot accommodate every opportunity. Requests are processed in the order in which they are submitted and receive a fair review by our Multidisciplinary Committee. Axovant complies with applicable transparency reporting and disclosure obligations, including those relating to state and federal regulations and as stipulated by the National Physician Payment Transparency Program. Accordingly, payments provided to US healthcare professionals, including physicians and teaching hospitals, will be reported as required.

Axovant does not fund requests for the following:

  • Individual scholarships and travel support
  • Attendance at conferences or professional meetings
  • Initiatives that pose a conflict of interest with the development or commercial goals of Axovant
  • Religious or political activities
